Schwerin Sightseeing and more
A tour on the double-decker busses covers the historic city centre, the Palace Garden, the shore of lake Schweriner See and the old Grinding Mill. Tickets are valid for an entire day, so you can hop on and off whenever you like. You could, for example, stop for a boat tour on the White Fleet and then get back on the bus. Our experienced tour guides give live comment on all sights.
Language: In most cases the guide on the bus explains in German. If you let the tour guide on the bus know, he will translate to English for you.
Hint: Before starting your tour, get a city map in your language for free at Tourist-Information. Important buildings and sights of the tour are noted there including a description.

More than 160 years ago, the first ferries crossed Schwerin’s lakes. They were the connecting lines between the city centre and popular lakeside destinations like Zippendorf and Kaninchenwerder. The boat tours take you on a varied tour of lake Schweriner See. You are free to choose between the classic tour of 1.5 hours, a romantic sunset cruise or the board party at night. Whatever you go for, this is sure to be a very special experience, with Schwerin’s skyline on the horizon.
Today the ships of the White Fleet (Weiße Flotte) run from March until October to anchor at the beach promenade with its villas and the island Kaninchenwerder, an idyllic nature reserve. During the season, the passenger ships of the White Fleet start their tours at the pier right next to the Castle of Schwerin. All liners are equipped with air conditioning, a spacious upper deck and catering on board.
